“Ric installed a stair runner for us. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He did an excellent job of installing the runner and the cost was very competitive. We are very happy with the quality of the carpet and pad as well as the cost and installation. Ric even noticed that the vinyl flooring in front of our front door was not properly finished. He went out to his vehicle, got a transition strip, put it down in front of the door and asked if I would like him to install it. I said I would and it looks much better. I wanted to pay him for installing the transition strip. He thanked me but said it was not necessary... he was glad to do it. Needless to say we are very happy customers!”
