It's challenging to have a productive dialogue with this particular branch. They don't seem to want to give the customers the time of day even when your account and loans are in good standing. It would be more helpful if they were to listen to a customer instead of treating folk like a number on a sheet instead of a whole person. I hope this can improve with better guidance.

Love the other branches and never had an issue. Went to this branch because it was on my way home to get some paperwork notarized. The lady that helped me was very rude and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. I called ahead to make sure they had someone on staff and even asked if I had to make an appointment (they said no just walk in).

Went to make a very large deposit and they refused entry into the bank without an ID. Attempted a deposit into the wrong account as well. Par for the course with these guys. Try GRB or any advantage FCU - I’ll switch banks soon

The person who check ID on the camera need to learn how to talk to people I when in todayI walk in with my friend who did show his ID but he ask me do you have ID I show him and then instead of saying please show your ID in the camera even you with someone he said next time you spose to show your ID his tone was rude this is the only location is weird people they stairs at you like you owe them something retrain your people branch manager and assistant manager be more friendly and show your team member how is done,I do lots of business with Cnb and refferal people to CNB but this location need new staff and better people so they can treat every one the same way.

Always courteous friendly and understanding. I didn’t get the best rate for a car loan with them 4 years ago but I’ll be finished with the loan this spring and I think I will use them for all of my banking needs.

DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK. I went to cash my check yesterday of $394.01 and instead the teller gave me 349.01.... unfortunately, it wasnt until later that evening i recounted my money and realized the mistake and the bank was closed, so the next day i went in and talked to the manager about it. I was perfectly kind and relaxed about it bc i knew it was an honest mistake- he just mixed up the two numbers. She said they'd have to check the tapes and they'd get back to me. So the next day i went in and she told me, with quite the attitude, that they watched the tapes and the teller counted me back my money ACCURATELY so there was nothing they could do. Okay so let's do the math. He asked me how i wanted my money back. I said one $100, two $50s, and the rest in $20s. He gave me the hundred and two fifty's ($200) and proceeded to count out five twenty's (which adds to $300). I still needed $94. That means I would have gotten four $20s, a $10, and four $1s. What he gave me was two $20s, A FIVE, and four $1s. Now tell me. In what possible scenario would he give me one five dollar bill if the total was $394? He would have either given me a ten and four $1s, or TWO $5s and four $1s. If he were to just give me ONE $5 he would've had to give me nine $1s. But he didnt. So, if this manager actually looked over these tapes and watched him count out my money she would have seen that it was 100% INACCURATE. So either these people are complete idiots who can neither read nor count, or they simply dont give a rats a** and dont mind scamming people. Im so heated about this but i guess there's nothing i can do unless she gave me access to those videos so I could give her a math lesson and prove her wrong. *sorry for the long post*

went to bank this morning to pay my car payment the teller I dealt with was not a friendly person at all..I had to ask for my receipt will not go to that one again..I go there every month first time I encountered someone there who made me uncomfortable..sad situation messed up my mood for this day..
