Don't typically leave reviews, but had to for this branch. A select few of their staff members has very little knowledge of absolutely anything going on there. I wouldn't trust a word that comes out of their mouth. They gave me completely wrong information about an account, and then when I got incontact with their higher ups, they 100% lied to not damage their reputation/job. They are awful at their job, and dishonest. Can't believe im saying this about a bank, but stay clear, atleast of this branch.

Was looking for car loan rates, and a friend recommended CNB. They do not publish car loan rates online. I clearly stated I wish to be contacted ONLY via email. Got 1 phone call 1 day later, left msg. Got another phone call while I was driving. First question was "are you working with a dealer" (no) for what kind of care was this for (apparently did not read the email?). Turns out discounted rates are available only through a dealer, they don't finance 3 yr old cars for 72 months, and a 60 month loan rate is 6%. Other banks quoted 2% and 4%. Definitively not impressed with the rate. Two stars because they did respond promptly, although not in the manner I requested.

99% of the team at the bank are Right except for Kathy she is a pain in the a## to work with, but I can't say enough any thing bad. The rest of the staff are great, 1 person I know not to deal with, but WOW the rest of the staff are good folks.

I strayed from ESL for a great rate on a new car loan, and regretted it almost right from the start. Had to jump through all kinds of hoops to get the rate, open a checking and savings account, set up direct deposit, online banking, auto-sweep, prove my identity, give up my first born... all in person... just a multi-day hassle. When I sold the truck, and paid off the loan. I emptied the account, and was promptly charged with a "service fee" of 21.50 for taking up 1 line on a spreadsheet in a computer somewhere, and not carrying a $20,000 balance with them. Closing the account required another in-person visit, forking over $21.50 or they would "report me to a credit agency", and 3 signatures/receipts. I've taken out mortgages at my regular bank with less B.S. I should have just paid the extra 0.5% APR on the car loan.

Great Banking. Manager Zo Ann soong is a great help to my business. Zo worked with me on a business loan that Key Bank, M& T and Citizens could not get me approved. Zo took the time to meet with me and approved 30,000 in 48 hours. Best Bank with great staff !
