From the very first visit to design my walk-in closet and wardrobe, it was an easy process. The designer was professional and listened to my requests. Pricing was reasonable and installers were neat and cleaned up any debris. Totally satisfied with the results.

The design experience in Rochester was excellent. Paid deposit on May 10 in order to get on the installation schedlue in two months. Heard from the installation team in Buffalo and told it would be Sept on their schedule, or 4 months. After expressing disappointment with that, we are now scheduled for mid-August, so a little over 3 months. I will update the review upon project completion.

Our experience was great!
The sales representative was professional and helpful with the design. The installers arrived on-time and extremely efficient. All four of our closets came out just as planned.

I am quite pleased with my new closet installation despite encountering a minor issue initially. However, my enthusiasm was dampened when I visited the store to inquire about other products. Unfortunately, I was met with a sales representative who seemed hesitant and uninterested, making me feel unwelcome. While I still acknowledge the quality of the service provided, I hope for more inclusive and respectful interactions for all customers, regardless of race.

California Closets does outstanding work, starting with the design consultation by Denise, and culminating in the finished organizer by Chris. They will always offer various options based on household budgetary considerations and how the space will be utilized. Their products are top quality and long-lasting. We have three other closets installed by Cali Closets and they are highly recommended.

Do not use Stephanie Joannis to design your closets. She is just terrible and will spend two minutes in your house and every install we have ever done with her has been screwed up. Absolutely terrible and in my opinion you should aviod her completely. Their installers spend all their time fixing her problems and are nice guys. I plan on posting some emails she sent to me as a customer and you will be shocked. Even the installers complain that Stephanie Joannis doesn't know what she is doing. I will post emails and photos shortly but avoid Stephanie at California Closets at al costs. And please note there are multiple one star reviews for this company. In my opinion you are better off using another company or a different designer at Californai Closets thanks, howard

Elizabeth listened to what I wanted and had a 3D drawing within a couple of days. Every inch of my closet is now functional.I also had Elizabeth look at my pantry and garage. The wire shelves came out of my pantry and I now have adjustable shelves. The garage now has a trac system and enclosed shelving and storage.The installation was planned out and the guys gave me notice when they were close to my house. They were professional, and efficient.This has been a great experience. Highly recommend them!Services: Custom cabinet design & installation

California Closets was a dream of mine and with assistance from my adult children, I was able to make that dream come true. Taylor visited to assess my needs and made great suggestions throughout the process. She made adjustments to work within my budget and developed a beautiful plan. Installation was absolute quality (everything about the process and product is quality!), and the installer arrived exactly as scheduled and completed in 3 hours. Excellent service, excellent product. I couldn’t be happier with all the features and organization. Life changing!
