I was so sad about my experience at this Byrne Dairy, I spent in total $80 in gas and didn’t get to pump a cent, and was told I will get a refund in 24-48hours . That does nothing for me when I’m on E, I don’t have $80 sitting around , I’m a single parent of 4 so things are a little tight. They have a lady name Wendy that works there , she was very kind to me , offered me ten dollars for gas, she didn’t have to do that . She kept me very calm and help me through this situation . Wendy thanks a bunch , you rock !! And I will bring the ten dollars back to you , as soon as my refund comes back to my card … lol ? anyways thanks again Wendy !!

One person working counter. Big line. 2 employees just sitting at the table having a chat while people wait to be served. Rude and slow staff. Prices going up. Less than ideal.

New very rude staff. The price of eggs in this place tripled all at once. They also refuse for you to pay with change which is illegal yet they do it. They’ll give you change but rudely refuse to take it for payment.

Awful service. I called an order a pizza an hour before I wanted it. Got there and they told me they forgot. Did not apologize or even offer to make it now. Did not even try to rectify the situation.

If you have been to a Byrne Dairy, this is just like all of the others, with the same things. Some things are great, others can be hit and miss. One of those items is their breakfast pizza. Some days, it is close to outstanding. Others, it is mediocre. Unfortunately, today was one of those mediocre days. But, for only $3 a slice, it was worth the gamble! This one had nearly zero bacon for some reason.

Management obviously spends ZERO time training employees on customer relations. This location seems guiltier than other Byrne Dairy locations at hiring young kids with absolutely NO SOCIAL SKILLS! Also....PLEASE train your employees to WEIGH the bananas when a customer purchases more than three. I am sick of having to explain this to your clerks everytime I buy bananas!!?

I bought mint chocolate chips ice cream it was awful spent 3.49 on a pint can buy a big container at tops for 3.00 and so much better never will buy ice cream ther again

The young boy should not work with the public. No customer service at all. Never said hello or have a good day. BAD ATTITUDE and I will be calling about how I was treated today. Learn how to put cash back into customers hands!!
