My wife and I are more than happy with our recent project with Busy Bee Painting. Justina was flexible with our schedules when we had to meet, and she pointed us in the right direction when it came time to pick paint colors. The crew that completed our project was on time and professional throughout the whole process. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I absolutely recommend Busy Bee Painting to anyone looking to have any painting done. From inception to completed job it was a joy to work with everyone. Justina was so helpful with all of her recommendations and I couldn't be happier. All workers on the job were professional, courteous and extremely careful. I will definetely have them back.

Completed painting of living room in a timely manner, excellent workmanship and detail. Painters were extremely efficient and neat. Very happy with our choice using Busy Bee Painting Inc.

It’s been almost a month and we’re still waiting for completion. They simply do not maintain good communication nor do they have control over their contractors.
I’d think twice about using them.

I had high expectations when hiring Busy Bee. There were a few issues that occurred during and even after the completion of my project.Some that remain unaddressed to this date. The owner of the company was nonexistent throughout. She was nonexistent when resolutions were needed. I will say that the crew was amazing. I would not recommend this company solely do to lack of customer service and customer care by the owner.Service: Exterior painting

The folks at Busy Bee Painting did an amazing job with the exterior of our house. The communication throughout the process was top notch and the automated system they use keeps all of your information in a centralized location. I had Busy Bee paint my stairwell and ceiling, as well as the dormer fascia on the outside of the house. The quality of work was excellent, and their pricing was very fair. The two crews who completed the work (different days due to our rainy weather this summer) did a great job communicating with me as they prepped and completed the job. I will definitely use Busy Bee again for any painting I need to have done.Services: Exterior painting

Working with Justinia and the crew was a pleasure. Everyone was so helpful throughout the entire project. The crew made sure everything that wasn't being painted was protected and the painting was top notch! All the walls were prepped prior to the start of painting. They quoted us using Benjamin Moore Paint but used Sherwin Williams paint without telling us. They had 3 good lead guys but then about 5 other guys showed up and just slapped on the paint. They got paint spray on our doors and windows. Now I will say the old and new house color were similar so it made it hard to see if they covered it but they missed MANY MANY MANY big spots. They were good about going over it so we did that with one of the lead guys who then painted those missed spots but he ran out of paint. We had our sample paint from Benjamin Moore that he used to get the last few spots but we asked if they could give us a can of paint so if we saw missing ones later we didn't have to go buy some. They said yes and that we an get a can from Sherwin Williams. That is when we realized they used the wrong paint. We told them that and they said they'd give us a $50 credit so we could go get the paint we wanted since they didn't have a contract with Benjamin Moore. It never came. I had to call 4 times and they said it would be done in a few weeks. NEVER CAME. So when I got a email for a survey I gave them a bad review. They called immediately to ask what was up and I told the head owner. She came back with an offer to cut a check for $200. Again it took months for it to come and I had to call them several times. I thought we were being fair with saying how the paint color was similar so we can see how easily it would be missed and all we were asking for was a can of paint which they couldn't produce. We could of taken them to court for not using the correct paint as said in our contract. So no I would never use them again.UPDATE: We did reach out multiple times and explained it fully multiple times and if you didn't understand that is an issue too. You were all too "busy" too take the time and listen I guess.Service: Exterior painting

The painters were professional, polite and hard working. They took care to cover areas not painted and were respectful of our belongings. Mike kept me updated on the progress and they were finished when promised. Mike, Jared, Alan and Cody w were the best! The bathrooms look amazing!!’nServices: Paint indoors
