Dropped in to do a workout with a friend of mine and found this gym to be a very community oriented place. Their workout was designed to be highly scalable to your individual needs and they offered several scaling options to choose from.The warmup was unique and kind of fun. We got in a circle and each person took a turn picking a warmup movement for everyone to complete. I would caution anyone reading against picking burpees or running...this resulted in a bit of groaning from the membership.Overall, would recommend this box for drop ins because they are prompt in replying to contacts, welcoming, and provide workouts that you can easily tailor to your level.

Great place to work out. The coaches are top-notch, and all the athletes are very nice and welcoming. The workouts are fun, and there is a great outdoor area for workouts when the weather is nice.

super gym with even super-er peeps. coaches are expert, equipment and space is clean and modern, workouts are challenging and fun. very welcoming environment for crossfit newbies and ballers alike. give it a try!

I absolutely love Senior CrossFit (Masters) at Brickyard! New friends, new challenges, great workouts, supportive, positive and lots of fun. I am doing things I never thought I could do. Who thought I would be deadlifting in my 60’s!!

At Brickyard CrossFit, I have received a warm, enthusiastic and encouraging welcome from all the trainers and other athletes alike. Trainers are helping me to restore confidence in my body and in myself. I signed up, seeing the words balance, core strength, and cardio. At 71 years, I needed a program to address all three areas. I haven’t been disappointed. No matter how hard the workout, I always have fun and leave excite to share what I’ve accomplished with my partner and my grandchildren, especially my 23 year old granddaughter who took up weightlifting and inspired me to return to something I, too, love.

I am heading into my second month with Brickyard CrossFit and I really appreciate the community! The coaches are encouraging and truly want to see you grow stronger and healthier. There is no pressure to look or be a certain way since it is a judgement free-zone. What I appreciate most is the dedication to having good form. When I worked out in the gym I knew my form could be better and wanted tips. Joining Brickyard was one of the best decisions to continuing my journey to live a healthy, active life. Two months in and I already see my form getting better and my strength increasing. There's multiple options for classes that will accommodate your schedule. The four foundation classes will help you learn the basics and in no time you'll be jumping right in.
