I called twice this week to confirm that I could bring my travel trailer in for an inspection. Both times - including this morning - I was told sure, no problem. I came by a little after noon today - an hour after I called. I was told "I'll call you when it's done". I hung around on the west side of the city for several hours waiting for a call. I finally called back to check, and was told that there is a two day backlog for inspections. If I had known that, if anybody had mentioned that to me, I would've looked someplace else or come earlier in the week. Instead I wasted a day and I have no inspection. Your guy at the front desk was utterly unapologetic. You have a right to act however you want, and obviously you don't need my business. I will look elsewhere in the future.

I’ve used Brad’s for work on my trailer camper and hitches for two different vehicles. They have always taken great care of me and the pricing is fair. I’ve been a customer for three years and don’t see myself going anywhere else.

I have been going to Brads for hitch installs and wiring for years on my trucks. 4 years ago I purchased a car and had a hitch installed and flat 4 wiring. Never used either until last weekend. Went to pickup a trailer from a friend and the lights would not work. Called Brads and made an appointment to have them check it out.
They had the car 5 minutes no more. Told me it was a broken wire but could not tell me where. Charged me min shop rate of $65. Granted I never checked out the wiring the first time but I never even used it not once. And 5 minutes of labor. Never again.

Outstanding service and I didn't even buy anything. I needed a part for a Dura Faucet and could not find it anywhere. Brad's checked and Dura does not sell the part separate, you have to buy an entire assembly for $50. Brads thought that was stupid like I did and they contacted Dura and got them to send me the part for FREE ! Going above and beyond for someone and not asking for any $$ says a lot about Brads ! ! ! Well done indeed.

Would not recommend. If they break your exhaust system they won't fix it. The say "it's a result of New York's weather". Stay away

No bull. Great service. Willing to listen and work with my needs. Great deal on the brake controller I needed for my truck. Will use Brad's for all future needs. This is the kind of local place you support over using Amazon, etc just to save a couple dollars. Word is bond.
