I spoke with Andy in their service department since I was having trouble with my 2018 Chevy Colorado. He knew the problem right away when I explained it to him over the phone. They had my truck done within an hour and it runs great. Highly recommend their service department!

The customer service I received over the phone and in person in the service department was near terrible. Had the young lady working the phones the day I had an issue with my brand new car been helpful, I wouldn’t be fighting with my warranty company for my tire. It’s rather disgusting that behavior was acceptable and the manager who told me to do the things that I did, was also wrong. So thanks but no thanks, I rather leave the rest of my opinions at that because I love my new trailblazer, it’s a beautiful vehicle and runs lovely but the experience after our lovely sales person, not so much.
