I reached out 02/28/2022 to try and get my taxes done. Donna McGrath was assigned as my tax professional. She told me the charge for my taxes and I asked what that included and she didn’t respond for a month. I then reach out again because the deadline for my taxes is approaching. She is now suggesting I reach out to a different tax professional. I feel judged, disrespected, and honestly disgusted by the treatment.

Great and professional service. We had a great experience with Block Advisors this week. We dropped off our tax information and it was done the next day. The Professionals at Block Advisors were very polite and called to make sure we were getting everything we deserved. We trust Block Advisors with all our tax needs and have never been disappointed over the many years we have been their customers.

My tax advisor, Jenni Gigliotti, has been great to work with. She is so knowledgeable, very friendly, and explains everything in detail. I just drop off everything, she does her stuff and calls me within days when complete and ready to sign.
