Don't waste your time with these idiots. Since they never pick up the phone, I placed an order for tires and installation online. When I showed up for the appointment, they told me they don't have the tires yet. So they rebooked me for a week and a half out. When I came back the second time, they said they still didn't have the tires. And they never bothered to reach out to me via phone and give me a heads up. Seriously, don't go there. I'm sure it's a long shot, let's try to put their tire centers out of business.

Can’t get through via calling. Going in no one is ever at the front desk. Computers are always down. Seems very mismanaged or not managed at all! If you have all day to sit there and have them get their act together - visit them!

BJ’s has great prices for tires and the free install adds to the value but the service has gone downhill. Took 3 hours to have winter tires put on and they were so terribly balanced that the car is barely driveable at highway speeds. They need more staff in order to provide an adequate tire service for their members.

3.09 for gas today. You can't beat that price tag! Normally I wouldn't do a yelp review for BJ's gas, but I'm standing here while my truck is filling up.

The gas pumps are even slower now than they were 6 months ago, about 1/3 the speed of the pumps at CostCo & Walmart. If there was nobody in line, it wouldn't be that bad, except I got $100 of regular and the lines were 3x as long as they are for the same volume of cars at the other gas stations. This location also, quixotically, still accepts cash, which slows down everything tremendously. I would not have bought gas here but I got stuck in the line. Don't buy gas here unless there are open pumps and you have time to kill.

I cancelled my BJs membership after 25 years once they put their brown shirt mask nazis at the door. All summer I had no issues shopping minding my own business. Then all of a sudden they would not allow me in unless I conformed! Healthy people should be forced to wear masks and comply with a non existence law!!! I took my $$$ and business to places that don't fringe on my constitutional freedom!!! It's not about safety it's about control! I've spent a lot of $$$ over the years but I'll support my local small businesses from now on!

Terrible service. Needed propane tank filled as I was out, waited for 30 minutes, knowing I would have to wait and I was OK with that. Then the worker rudely told me he was not going to fill my tank - no apology, he actually seemed angry at me! Useless, will drive an extra 10 min to get my tanks filled elsewhere from now on.

BJ’s should not hire nervous & jumpy employees who quiver at customers as they are approached & not rudely yell at them to: “MOVE ALONG, GET SIX FEET BACK! My employer was offering discounted memberships to BJs and Costco. Considering this was closer to our house, I jumped on this opportunity. I got my fiance and I the 20% back membership. Signing up was easy and picking up our membership cards was stress free. We walked around the store a bit and browsed while shopping. We had never actually taken the time to see what BJs offers. My fiance and I decided when we redo the basement, we will be buying out TV from this store. We loved that everything comes in a big bulk box or bag. We have storage shelves for food so this works perfectly for us. We absolutely loved the meat section. They sell all sorts of goodies that my fiance cannot wait to purchase for pellet smoking. It is going to be a great summer for sure.
