We had a carpet installed in our game and family room on the 16th of may. Jerry the salesman was very knowledgeable about the product he had in the store and found the perfect carpet for our purposes. He set up a time and date to measure our rooms and showed up on time. We set up a date to have the carpet installed with only a two week wait. The installers called the day before to confirm the date and time of installation. The called to inform us they were on their way on the morning of installation. These installers knew there business and went right to work after a brief chat to see if there were any special instructions or requests for the project. They. Brought up two things to make the job look more finished and gave me time for the modifications to be complete before the installation. The two installers did an outstanding job on the installation and fully cleaned up the area leaving nothing but a beautifully completed room and our opportunity to admire and enjoy the beautifully completed rooms. And so I don’t forget the little things they even vacuumed the entire carpet before their departure. Most of the work I have had done recently came with a lot of problems but this company is highly recommended for their outstanding work and professionalism and their commitment to doing an over the top job for their customers. Thank you for doing the most gratifying job for us.

I can't speak highly enough of Dave McKeown, Store Manager at Bill's Carpet Center! Dave's expertise and guidance made the vinyl flooring selection process effortless. He went above and beyond by allowing us to take samples home, ensuring we made the right choice. When we encountered an uneven floor, Dave recommended the perfect solution to level our floor. He also provided a better product at a good price because it was in stock, and he allowed us to return the unopened boxes we didn't need. Dave is incredibly easy to work with and has unmatched product knowledge in our city. His dedication to customer satisfaction is exceptional. Thanks to Dave, our home looks amazing! I had a great experience with Bill's Carpet Center! This is not the first time I have done business with them and I am sure it won't be the last. I had carpet installed on my stairs and landing on May 16th. Gilbert, Mike and Bernie came to my home, on time, for the install. The carpet install was tricky because the stairway is narrow and the stairs are uneven (it is an old home that was initially built as a cottage), but they handled it like the pros they are. Bill's Carpet is a family owned and run business and it shows. Gilbert, Mike and Bernie felt like family in my home. They are personable, conscientious and polite. They work well together. The carpet looks great and everything was neat and tidy when they left. I am so happy with the product and the service and I highly recommend Bill's Carpet Center!

Shawn Davis came to our home to work on some areas where the carpet had stretched out. He worked very efficiently to rectify the problem and our carpets now look like brand new again! Very professional and great to work with! We are very happy with our carpets purchased at Bill's Carpet Center.

I've worked with Dave McKeown for a number of years starting with carpeting for my commercial building and then recommending his services to a number of my clients and friends.His advice is always spot on and the products his company has installed or recommended have been excellent.On a recent project the flooring product was far superior to that of the box stores and the pricing was extremely fair.I would highly recommend Dave's services and expertise to anyone needing a floor product.
