“This has been the best experience buying bikes for our family from Full Moon Vista. I had wanted to get a bike for some time, and although there are several very nice shops in town, I really connected with the staff here. It's a very well-run shop with excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff, and a good, curated selection of gear and accessories. I purchased the bike of my dreams from these guys, a Madone SL7 AXS, and my wife purchased a Domane. The staff was very careful to spend time fitting and adjusting the bikes to us, even making sure that we were getting the right bikes for our goals and expected riding conditions. This is the most comfortable bike I've even ridden and I'm looking forward to many rides. They also helped us with accessories, and a fantastic hitch rack that transports our bikes securely and easily. Maggie was great helping to find a helmet that fit my son (and distracting him while my wife was getting a bike fit).I'm super satisfied with this place and look forward to supporting them as my hobby continues to grow.Huge ongoing thanks to Shana, Maggie, James, Kate, John, Jeremy, and Scott for the bikes that we love and for welcoming us to the Rochester cycling community. “I heard lots of good things about Tom’s bike shop . With a middle winter & spring just around the corner. When in to check out this shop. Wow wee very impressive with seeing high end bikes on the floor! With that being said, seeing them up close made me understand new technology, style, feel , weight & they let me ride it. Looking around & see everyone working has a passion for biking like I do. Spoke with Eric & Ben about a new bike, bought my bike to get ready for the season & Scott make it happen.With all my friends getting new bikes last year it’s way time & saved up for this day. “I came in today with my bike (A 1986 Free Spirit Brittany) to get new tubes and tires and I can say I am pleased with the result! I came in sort of last minute (30 minutes before close, yikes!) and while another customer was very clearly upset due to a misunderstanding but they still managed to fit me into the schedule. The staff in general were very chill and the service was quick and professional. A bit pricey, but I got all new tubes and gumwall tires as well as a new set of front brakes. They tightened almost all the nuts and bolts as well (that had to be done!) my kickstand has never been firmer and the front fender rattle is gone. While I could have done all this myself, it was nice to not have to for once. Like I said, I am very pleased with the result (My daily 10 mile commute has never been smoother or faster!) I would suggest someone go here if they need help with bike repair.”
