“My husband and I were interested in buying e-bikes and we stopped by Tom’s, having shopped elsewhere locally for our last set of regular bikes. We were so impressed with Tom's. We stopped by *many* times, test riding and asking questions. Tom’s doesn’t run on commission so there's no high-pressure sales pitch. At the same time, Eric, Chris, Noah, and Scott are so passionate about bikes and just such really nice guys, they worked hard to get us the right bikes for us. Eric guided us to getting a Specialized 4.0 Como and 5.0 Vado, both IGH, and we couldn’t be happier. They are such fine bikes and such a joy to ride. We needed to get a new hitch with a ramp and Chris did a lot of leg work researching the best options for our needs. I felt a sense of security buying at Tom’s because Scott is one of the best Specialized mechanics in the USA so I know we are in good hands should anything go wrong. Long story short, I'm so happy we stop in Tom’s. If you are considering getting an e-bike I strongly encourage you check them out.”

They gave us plenty of time to test ride bikes, and their excellent me panic even made some suggestions on how to customize my bike. They even delivered our bikes for us because we didn't have a way to transport them fully installed.
