100% the worst 3rd party administrator of an FSA I've ever dealt with. They deny claims that are FSA eligible, forcing you to call customer service and then make it almost impossible to get in touch with a human to figure out why the claims were denied. Why anyone would use this company is a mystery.

They have the Worst app ever. The website is poorly designed and Their costumer specialists are not knowledgeable in fsa.

I have been on hold for over 1 1/2 hours waiting to speak with someone about a claim. This is totally unacceptable, the service is extremely poor.
