They have the Worst app ever. The website is poorly designed and Their costumer specialists are not knowledgeable in fsa.

I have been on hold for over 1 1/2 hours waiting to speak with someone about a claim. This is totally unacceptable, the service is extremely poor.

Agree with all the previous negative comments. This is a terrible company in all respects. Have tried to get a benefits card 4 times and no card. Website is difficult to navigate and service is poor!
