I went to bank of America on Dec 30th 2022. I met a certain white man called David Hall. I told him that I need to open a Merrill account especially a preferred deposit. He told me if I have enough money for it and I said yes. And then he told me that I can not open it cause I am not a American us citizen. My friend green was there she asked David to Google it to see what they say about that. After Dave checked online, he set up an appointment with us on 12/31/22. I came back with my friend with my green card and my passport, he said that It's not gonna be possible cause I'm not us citizen even though he has seen online it was possible . He kept suggesting me different options untill he said that he would not be doing it because his supervisor don't want to involve people who is not American in this programm. To much discrimination at this bank of America

ATM don’t let you use Apple Pay Bluetooth reader really annoying when a store internet is down and need to grab cash real quick. Have drive all the way through Greece just to have to turn all the way around!! Only Bank of America atm I’m opening and account with a bank closer to me and more convenient

Has been at this location for months and you still cannot call. Still displays the old phone number. Have been there several times and still having trouble with my account.

Carl and Anthony from Merrill were very professional and helped me out for hours when I was having a hard time contacting corporate. They handled everything! Wow such a great bank! I will be moving from chase to here

The Bank of America on W. Ridge Rd. in Greece NY has the absolute worst drive up service I wait in line at least 20 minutes and I’m only here every other week something needs to be done!!

Bank of America was always amazing with me and all you people who have negative comments clearly have your head too far up your own buts to realize what hard work banking actually is.
