I am a client of a Canadian, Polish and Ukrainian bank. But bof America was the best. Gina helped me get a debit and credit card, no SSN, answered all my questions, helped me with personal issues, was very kind and polite. I recommend contacting Gina.

Used the ATM. Was as expected. $4 service fee for non-BoA customers just feels antiquated. Banks haven't figured out how to offer reciprocity yet? Seems very 19th century.

On December 28th, I went in to change change and was told that I needed a business account. However, I had a business account. The black man at the counter became impatient and said that he didn't have it. The order he needed would not be available until next week. This is not the first time that this has happened to me. Please be decisive. I changed my bank and the service attitude was so bad.

Very helpful despite not being able to do what I needed. Their notary had just been relocated but the staff was able to call another location and tell me how to get there.

Here I go without anything left inside, terrible service ? from the first day I discovered this branch, it is a nightmare to open an account for more than 5 hours, they seemed not to know how to do the job, on the other hand, the attitude of the supervisor is terrible for the clients. of ethics, communication and reasoning, only 2 employees are nice, the others are of no use, it seems to be an area where the bad apples are in charge. I didn't like the treatment at all. I am very indignant with the service. I have never had to wait so long or have a bad time before. So in a bank for me and my family they have 0 professionalism, terrible attitude.

Such a terrible bank , always putting hold on your checks for 10 days, and can’t even guaranty the funds will be available after 10 business days. They always find a stupid reason to lock your account, if you buying a lot of stuff from vending machines.

There's a lot of things to dislike with Bank of America at large, but when it comes down to this branch specifically, I couldn't possibly complain. Melanie was helpful and cheerful, and really knew what she was talking about, which was a welcome relief after a couple days of phone tag with the 800 service. And also, did you know they can replace a debit card same day with a temporary version? I didn't, and had been putting it off cause well, who wants to go without their bank card! Bank of America as a whole might not be the best bank out there, though really almost all banks are so unnecessarily complicated (to be polite about it) that it all kinda runs together. But if you do bank with them, and you need something taken care of, this is absolutely where I'd recommend to go! As a note, parking can be a little scarce because of the part of town, so it's best to come outside of peak hours, maybe with an appointment, so that you won't have to stay any longer than a few quarters in the parking meter, if there's no space left in their parking lot.
