Needed new windshield wipers. I tried to do it myself, but couldn't. Clerk came outside in the cold and finished the job for me, politely and with no complaining. Would recommend to anyone.

Just had a great experience here. My kid has our old car at RIT. There was an issue with the battery so he took it there to get replaced. Turns out it was under warranty from AutoZone and they did everything for free. The tech was super helpful. Exactly what I was hoping for from 500 miles away.
