My experience with Arhaus Rochester was great. The store had exactly what I was looking for and my design consultant, Logan, was awesome to work with, very responsive and really knew what she was doing. I purchased 90% of my furniture from them to furnish my new home!

I worked with Adrianna and Logan, the two of them made furnishing my new home in Florida wonderful. If you’re looking for a sales and design team to have your home interior decor/furniture or anything reimagined with Arhaus I cannot recommend these two enough! 100% would buy from them again!

Arhaus is my favorite furniture store in Rochester, New York. This is not only for their world-class furniture design, but for their wonderful staff. I have been consulting with their designer Cameron, and my experiences with her have always been a pleasure. Every piece I bought on her advice throughout the years has been a great choice that became valuable to my family.
Also, I have only high praise for James who is always ready to help and is attentive to his customers' wishes.

Hayley at Arhaus is the BEST! I was searching for a discontinued pendant and she was amazing, so helpful, and super sweet found my pendant immediately and made this whole experience so easy and fun! I can’t thank you enough Hayley!!!!!!!

We walked into the showroom and immediately fell in love with the what we saw. Cameron, greeted us and after finding out what we were looking for paired us up with Logan, design consultant. Within a day, Logan prepared renderings of our space and suggested pieces to really pull the design together. She is so easy and fun to work with! ARHAUS is a very special furniture store!!

If you're looking to get some new furniture or accents run don't walk to Arhaus. The quality and price of their furniture is unmatched. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Make sure you ask for Logan she was an absolute pleasure to work with and was able to help me find the best rug to fit the style of my home. Will be shopping here again!

I’ve furnished much of my home shopping at Arhaus Rochester. I also own a home in Georgia and Shaena Hartford is fantastic with helping choose pieces with just texted pictures and room measurements. Delivery has been organized and on-time as well.

My experience with Logan was outstanding. She helped me to bring together furniture that I already had with what was needed for our new home. She is very easy to work with and her ideas were perfect for my space. She even placed my new pieces into each room on the computer so I could see exactly how it will look. She really knows her product and made my remodel so enjoyable.
