I have been waiting since October 8 months to receive a non-defective table. They repeatedly come in with damage and are peeling. I have had 5 deliveries. After being told by customer service that they would get right back to me with a resolution, I waited another week without a word. Then they just called me and said if next delivery is defective they will not deliver again and the only solution is a return. Go here if you want to pay a hefty price tag and be treated horrible.
As an update September 18th 2025, still no resolution. They ship the piece and it comes in defective. It’s now been close to a year since I ordered.

Just purchased the Coburn motion sofa. Arrived as scheduled but after installed have noticed that the upholstery stuffing on one section is sorely inadequate. Made a call to our sales rep with no response. Going to the store today hoping for a discussion & positive resolution. Thus is when a company needs to stand up for their quality.

Update to my earlier review. Some of the furniture arrived today. One of the chairs had a chip in the leg and was not correctly assembled, causing it to rock when moving forward to stand up. So not only late, but shoddy-these are several thousand dollar chairs, clearly lacking any quality control. And still waiting for the rest, 4 months on.

I love Arhaus. They have top quality merchandise with price tags to match! Different furniture pieces you won’t find anywhere else. I feel their furniture is geared more for larger homes rather than apartments or condos, but they also carry beautiful rugs and home decor that would fit any home. Staff was friendly, personable and helpful!

My experience with Arhaus Rochester was great. The store had exactly what I was looking for and my design consultant, Logan, was awesome to work with, very responsive and really knew what she was doing. I purchased 90% of my furniture from them to furnish my new home!

I worked with Adrianna and Logan, the two of them made furnishing my new home in Florida wonderful. If you’re looking for a sales and design team to have your home interior decor/furniture or anything reimagined with Arhaus I cannot recommend these two enough! 100% would buy from them again!
