Shaena is an awesome partner when I am working with clients or purchasing for my own home. I value her opinion. If I need assistance on her days off, the entire team is incredibly helpful. I also appreciate that when you call, a member of the team in the store answers the phone. Always a great experience!

My experience with Arhaus Rochester was great. The store had exactly what I was looking for and my design consultant, Logan, was awesome to work with, very responsive and really knew what she was doing. I purchased 90% of my furniture from them to furnish my new home!
