“Everything is okay about the gym except for the fact that they don't have a barbell and plates.. It's definitely beginner-friendly but a little inconvenient for intermediates. Might be a deal breaker for advanced-level weight trainers.”

“My wife and I moved to Rochester and lived at The Linc for 1 year. I was 6 hours away on Long Island and relocated for a temporary work assignment. Renee walked us through the application/leasing process completely remotely, sent us photo/video of our apartment, and was always available from the beginning. She definitely helped our big move go as smoothly as possible. We arrived to a very clean and beautiful apartment. I loved the apartment, Renee and the maintenance crew were always very responsive and quick to help with anything. Our neighbors on the 8th floor were quiet and very friendly. We left the apartment clean, exactly how we received it. We got our security deposit returned a couple weeks after our move out. I have nothing but good things to say about my personal experience living at The Linc and I would live there again if I could. Definitely recommend and special thanks to Renee and The Linc team for their efforts!”

“The building is very clean. There's lots of activities here. The apartment is spacious. Wegman's bus comes every week and the food market truck comes every week. All windows have great views. Some apartments are very cold inside in the winter especially the river side. The garbage shute room is very smelly inside, they need to clean the room with bleach or pine sol. The hallways smell of cigarettes. The person that lives over me and the person lives next door to me smokes a lot. I don't smoke, it bothers me a lot. The person that live over me is noisy, after midnight he decides to make noise, when people is asleep. Laundry room is big , it's kept clean.”

“As a former resident of Rochester, I recently relocated for a job and only had my apartment here for 2 years. It was the BEST place in the world. I enjoyed every single moment in my apartment. I cherished it for as long as I could.I just wanna take the time to say thank you to Christina, Meriem and Teresa who are the best leasing agents you could ask for in the whole of Rochester.I moved to New York City and the housing market is very expensive and difficult. I think about my apartment that I left behind every day. If you are looking for a place to call home, make sure to give them a call.”

“I lived at the Mount Hope Lofts for 2 years and can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I have had living in an apartment in any city I have lived in (NYC, NJ, VA, MD, and FL). Wonderful and friendly staff, super attentive maintenance, spacious units, safe location, close proximity to the hospital and dental center, and JeRon and Alexandra in the front office are amazing. I also used the gym every morning, and while not the largest gym, it definitely got the job done! Couldn’t recommend living here any more 10/10”

“Wilmorite is a family owned company which was founded in the 1940's by James P. Wilmot and William. They're a diversified company involved in real estate from retail and office, to hotels and home building back in the 50's and 60's to Malls in later years. I worked there many years ago while going to night school for my real estate license. They own Eastview, Marketplace and Greece town mall, plus others. They also have their own, in house security department and training. I took a class their to update my license. It was a good class. When I went to their Eastview training class I saw the security control room, and briefly spoke with a guard while waiting for another guard to lead me to the classroom. Their security department, and training is very organized. I gave it a 4 because I think security guards are a bit under paid.”

“The maintenance team is on top of emergencies and handle regular requests in a reasonable time. I just moved out to go on my next adventure. The final walkthrough was easy and the inspector was very reasonable.”

“Pros-Love this place...I plan on moving back there as soon as I can. Great school district, nice neighbors, kid friendly, so many parks and playgrounds around, nice spacious master bedrooms (townhouses). Maintenance is slow sometimes but they do eventually come fix things.
The apartments are very nice and clean, big spacious closets..oh how I miss that closet
Cons: Gotta worry about ppl breaking into your cars
There's broken glass in certain parking lots
Trash is surrounded by the dumpster
Dog poop in the grass
Foxes lurking around at night
Weird ppl walking in the back of the complex at night (it's best to invest in a ring camera)
Hot upstairs but freezing downstairs due to the furnace being upstairs.
Front office ppl can be very rude and nasty depending on who's there.”
