The support staff were very nice and helpful but felt very rushed with the doctor. The only thing he asked was “is this better or worse?” He didn’t explain anything or go over anything with me after the exam. I felt as though I was interrupting him from something more important. Thinking back he mentioned something very briefly about bifocals but never gave anymore information than that. I guess I’ll see what happens when I pick up my glasses next week.

Our appointment was at 12:40 today we get there and they say they cancelled it so we check our phone and they literally cancelled our appointment 2 minutes prior to the appointment time how ridiculous

Great experience here. We had an emergency and they were able to fit my step son in immediately. Suki in particular was amazing, helpful, friendly, and made everything easy for us. We’re from Virginia so we were concerned about getting the help we needed, but I can’t say enough good things about this location. Thanks yall!

I went 2 times they didn't give me proper prescription and the doctor lied to me saying lowering my prescription is better when it isn't I couldn't see good at all and i expressed that to him

The new remote consultation takes way longer than the previous annoying eye exam process. Another company cutting costs while making its customers do more . Time to go somewhere else

11 days ago I fell and I broke my glasses. Wait...I bought the warranty, good thing. I called the store, Hyland Drive, and they said they would just order me a new pair. Very happy. 10 days have gone by and I decided to call because I haven't heard anything and was told there was a glitch in the system and the order didn't go thru. They can't put a rush on this order, no way to do it. I am using an old pair of glasses that don't work so good for me but I have no choice. Now I have to wait another week and a half. Not so happy now...

Failed to order my glasses and didn't seem to care. Asked for a rush because it had been 10 days and they said no, plus, he was rude. The first person that said she ordered them never did. Probably had more important things to take care of on Facebook.

I truly don’t feel that I don’t have anything nice to say, so I’ll keep it brief. The staff at this office was amazing. The optometrist not so much. He was rushing between “1 and 2” and I said that neither looked good. He questioned me, and said to try again. The second go around I said that neither looked clear to me, and said that the whole display that I was looking into seemed blurry/ streaked. He replied something along the lines that the problem was my eyes. He didn’t want to listen to the my thought that I felt it was streaked from whatever they used to clean it in between patients. Sure enough when I got my new glasses they aren’t correct. Would NOT recommend this place for an eye exam. Surely go ahead and buy glasses there, but come with your own prescription.

I never have a good experience with this location. I live closer to this location but will drive to Greece just because of the service I get. Today I had no choice but to go to the Henrietta location because of scheduling, and once again, a horrible experience. Not only are they understaffed, but the one person they do have felt it necessary to laugh and joke with every person she interacts with instead of just working to decrease the workload and get people out of there so that they can get on with their day. She had my information incorrect, she's loud with personal information so everyone knows everyone's business, it was just a very unfortunate, uncomfortable, annoying experience, just like it was 5 years ago when I had no choice but to go to that location.

Dear Spanish speaker ???If you don't know English. ?DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. ?No one here speaks Spanish and that is not the problem, it is that they do not have a line of interpreters to help you or absolutely anything, if you do not speak the language and you do not have anyone to accompany you to interpret or someone to call to help you simply You are going to waste your time in this place. Everyone is very friendly but when it comes to language it is frustrating.You're welcome ?

Paid extra for no distortion bifocals. The had all of distortion when I came to pick them up.
