I hired Always Moving based on their pricing but I never read their reviews. I guess you live and you learn. I spoke with Al in regard to my bed being completely ruined by water damage from their leaky truck and scraped credenza and he refused to give me any compensation even though I purchased additional insurance. This moving company takes advantage of people and doesn't care once they are paid.

Love this company. They were booked last minute. They showed up on time. Proficiently took great care of my belongings. I also enjoyed the crews funny sense of humor. Made a difficult time not so difficult. Definitely will use again if needed!

I am genuinely confused… I called them and the person who answered seemed nice at first, but when he asked me how many bedrooms my current apartment is and I said 2, he ended the phone call?? Maybe they don’t move 2 bedroom apartments… but you should tell me that without just rudely ending the call…?

Always Moving has moved me MULTIPLE times! I love them and will always use their company for future moves as well.
The first time they moved me was out of a rental where my upstairs bathroom ceiling fell into my living room and I had to vacate immediately for repair. Al got me in on a Saturday afternoon asking his guys to put me on the end of the day, making a short Saturday a long full Day for them! Some of my stuff was going to storage and some to families house. They were very helpful understanding and patient while I sorted through everything and helped me pack all mine and my kids things! When we got to my families home, the guys removed a medical bed out of my grandparents spare room and into their basement for storage.
The second time they moved me was picking up from storage and my families house into a new place. Everything was placed into the designated rooms for me so I didn't have to swap all my furniture and boxes around myself. I really appreciated this, being a woman with children, this made it so easy for me to unpack and get settled! They also put the medical bed back and put it back together once my property was cleared from the space.
My 3rd move with them was about 4 years later (December
2023) into a 3rd floor apartment in winter time. The company was on time, fast and handled my things with care. Even moving some of the furniture around when I changed my mind on placement so I didn't scratch my new hardwood floors! Kurry Ken and Mike are Great! You can definitely tell this is a family owned business by how genuine the workers are, they handle your property like it is their own. My bed wouldn't fit into my new place, Mike disassembled it in the yard in the cold and brought it inside and put the whole thing back together for me! I will forever use this company. HIGHLY recommend!

I have tried to call their office numerous times about my damaged furniture. It has been over 2 weeks of calling almost every day and I have not received any response. This company absolutely does not stand behind the quality of their work. I encourage all to stay away from these subpar movers if you value your possessions.

The crew was very professional, got me moved out of my old apartment and into my new apartment in no time! Nothing was damaged, they put everything back together that was token down for the move process. Definitely recommend & will be using again!

Very punctual, reliable and exceptional customer service. I was looking around for quite some time and a friend referred them to me and I’m glad she did. They treated my belongings as their own and handled and delivered with care. Great guys and would recommend them to any residential or Business looking to move near or far??

Stay away from these movers. I had multiple damages during my move with Always Moving, to my belongings and my home. They will not give me any compensation or return my phone calls.

These movers are crooks. I paid Always Moving to move my house. After the move was completed, I discovered that my wife's wedding band is now missing and all of my son's video games are gone. The owner, Al, won't return any of my phone calls. I highly suggest that you don't let these guys in your home.

We paid Always Moving to move our apartment within the city of Rochester. It was a fairly small move. I expected to get a professional moving crew but what showed up was a 2 man wrecking crew. Almost every single item that they touched was either scratched, dented or damaged in some way. It seemed as though they had never moved furniture before! Besides that, they were almost 2 hours late, never stopped smoking cigarettes, and they could not complete a sentence without some sort of profanity. I am completely disgusted with the outcome of my move with them.

I just want to say my experience with this company was absolutely amazing.I called that day cause i had my other movers not show up. Now that being said I was frantic cause I had to be out of my other place today I did not know what to do . I called this company the owner was so responsive and so accommodating and took care of me right away, you do not get customer service like this anywhere today. I had 2 amazing gentlemen move me which was flawless and professional. I would definitely refer them to anyone. And 5 stars is not enough. Thank you for making my move and day great.
