Outstanding, Professional and reliable.Nick did a great job on my BMW..Very knowledgeable and honest individual. AGR has the best equipment in the area to do the job right..I have recommended them to anyone who needs car work, and will continue to do so in the future.

Nick is one of the most accommodating and professional repair and maintenance professionals in the Rochester area. Attention to detail, top notch equipment, and efficiency and care to my vehicle were outstanding. Took my car there to have it fixed. $1500 and the next day it wouldn't start. Contacted the business and they refused to look at my car again. Stating all sales are final and they have the right to refuse service. DO NOT GO HERE

I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to Nick and Jared for a job well done. As a woman it can be intimidating to walk into any shop if you know are unfamiliar with the car scene. I was fortunate enough to have grown up around the auto detail, maintenence and auto auction business, which has helped me with somewhat knowledge of what to drive and where to go for any maintenence or repairs. Despite having a little knowledge under my belt, you never know who's under your vehicle when you take it into a shop. Walking into Nick's shop I felt extremely comfortable and treated with respect. Everything is done with precision, perfection and you know who is working on your vehicle. You dont feel uncomfortable if you have any questions or concerns. If I had a question or forget to mention something I felt comfortable walking into the maintenence area and talking with him. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything. I called him at the last minute to switch appointments due to my busy schedule. Without hesitation he fit me right in. He got everything done in a timely manner and to perfection. He has the state of the art equipment and the knowledge of how to use it. This is more than I can say for any multi million dollar corporation out there! Trust me! Not to mention the fact that this is the best place hands down to simply get your vehicle aligned and tires mounted if you are extremely particular about your rims not getting scratched. I generally keep one or two repair shops on hand should I need them for any general maintenence and to avoid the dealership at all costs. This spot is my number one hands down! Thank you Nick for taking the time out of your busy schedule to get me in! My first time here I had a five star experience. Definitely my go to spot! And a big thank you to Jared for spending time and thoroughly looking under my vehicle for a heat shield rubbing issue that I had. He looked over everything and made sure nothing was missed. Nick provides the best service I have ever experienced in car repair and maintenance. I had to get general maintenance and left with my Suburban running better than ever. It drives smoother than the day I purchased it 5 years ago. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else. In fact, I have my kids and friends use him now. He has fixed issues created by other shops. Friendly, honest, timely and expert service are qualities difficult to use for most shops in this industry, but Nick has them all! Thank you Nick!
