One of the best AFCU locations I've ever been to. Employees are kind, the door is held open for you. Everyone here is helpful and understanding. The office building is clean and comfortable too.

I have been a member at AFCU for at least 30 years and lately they seem to hire people who have no banking experience. They are not training office staff before they put them in a branch. I stopped in to do an IRA rollover and neither of the office staff knew how to do that. I had to waste more time by going to another branch to have them complete the transaction. Later in the week I pulled all my money out of Advantage and have taken my business to another credit union.

I’ve been with this bank for years. Best rates around and amazing staff at this location (gates). I’ve never been to another location yet.

Worst experience at a bank that I ever had. If I could give this bank zero stars I would! PAULA FRITZ the Branch "Manager" was the one who assisted me during my time there and she very unprofessional. First, she did not even dress like someone who would be a manager of a bank, sloppy clothing and dirty sneakers. Then she asked me for my social security number while her office door was wide open, I asked if I could close her door. Who wants to say their social security number out loud like that? Then Paula asked if I wanted to write my social security number down on paper for her, which I agreed. Paula is going to say the last four of my social out loud.... like that defeats the purpose of me writing my personal information down on paper. Then when asked for my email address she had a smart remark "you want to write that down too?". Like who hired you?? I was nice to this lady the whole time but honestly DO NOT think she had my best interest at heart. I do not think this is a good place to bank or even get a loan from. Nothing looked professional and the communication has been horrible. Do not believe thier advertisement on thier interest rates because it's all a joke. Go to ESL or somewhere where the staff actually look professional.P.S. If you are a person of COLOR, they will not have your best interest in mind! They will be sarcastic and try to take you money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! ADVANTAGE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION AND PAULA FRITZ ARE UNPROFESSIONAL!

Don’t go here. I left to go to Genesee regional. Way better bank and don’t have to worry about late fees. Witch are ridiculous with this bank. They need to fire Terri Gaiteri. Very rude.

Don't go there I had stuff sopse to be automatically out but they didn't do their job ended up paying tons of late fee cancelled everything

I have been a customer for a few years and have had nothing but positive experiences here. I started an account when I was getting an auto loan and the rate was unbeatable. Since then I have used advantage for some home projects (again I couldn't find a better rate) as well as personal savings. The customer service is great.

I retried to access my online account and put in my user name and password that I had written down. It didn’t work and I ended up getting LOCKED OUT. I went to the BRANCH and the branch rep couldn’t access the account either!! She sent my phone a temporary password... and I never got it. I was sitting right there too. This situation worries me about the safety of my account if the online access is down so much. Get some competent IT support!

The drive up services at your Mt. Hope location are soooooo slow! On multiple occasions I have sat in the drive-up lane for five minutes before someone finally used speaker to say they’d be with me shortly?! Sub par customer service!
