One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with in my entire life. Also goes by the names Buffalo Wheelchair and Rochester Oxygen & CPAP.

This company is awful to deal with. In November they told me I owed 1,000 for my machine. A local rep told me the national rep was wrong. Today I received another call from a national rep saying I owe money again from November. The machine is over 2 years old. I use it daily.

Had to speak to billing about denial from an FSA card and switching insurances a few times. Dawn was extremely helpful. I appreciated her time and knowledge!!
