I have done business with them for years but they are not the same anymore got a couch recently it was so cheesy I was sitting and it broke now they wanna blame me I was in the hospital for a heart attack so couldn’t have them come and yesterday assistant manger was threatening me and saying I’m responsible and stuff also being rude I have tv I paid most of and keep paying on it so the staff there is terrible

Rent-to-own is not like it used to be. They do have a lot of nice stuff but nowhere in my price range.5/4/23 edited. I guess I should have looked at the other reviews before even going to Aaron's.more bad than good is not a good sign. I'm actually taking one Star away. Buyer beware!

If I could give my experience negative stars I would. While not the fault AT ALL of the sales person, she was wonderful, the rest of my experience has been a disaster. The couch and ottoman I bought - well, I have never received the ottoman, the cushions on the couch split the first time my kids sat on it. I still haven't received the platform for my platform bed. It's been 6 weeks. Their solution? 2 undersized box spring so my mattress wasn't on the floor. I won't even get in to the fact that after 4 weeks of waiting for it to be corrected I had to call the store to find out what was going on. It took 4 tries for my incorrect delivery to be completed. I refuse to pay, and after other happy purchases through Aaron's I will never never never go back.

I order a gaming computer online and i have a delivery schedule for friday i call today to check if i can pick it up at the store because i been using someone else computer and it gets anoying and the person that took the phone had a attitud asking me why i want to pick it up now and when do i have my delivery schedule then said if i want to pick it up now i need to pay 193 upfront to pick it up today

If I could give 0 stars I really would. The managers there are terrible, when I put a down payment for the first month, they tried charging me for the next week. When they deliveried the furniture it wasn’t cleaned there was stains all over, my girlfriend and I had to clean them. When the auto pays doesn’t go through the first time, they’ll call me early in the morning after a closing shift than leave me messages than they’ll keep calling until auto pay goes through the second time. I’m really tired of the harassment my first mistake was coming to this Aaron’s, I’ll never get another item from this store again.

terrible store, if you order online with a promo, they will make you come in store and re-order… which doesn’t allow you to use the promo you used online.. just got off the phone with corporate (regional manager) & they said their actions are BORDERLINE abusive and discriminatory! DO NOT SHOP HERE… take your business to a LEGIT store that WONT TAKE advantage of YOU! This store DEFINITELY should NOT be in business.. TERRIBLE people.. they take advantage of you solely because it makes them look better, JUST CAUSE THEY WANT TO & because they can.. Hope the employees there get treated better then their customers! Holy Smokes!

Employees are nice, Sales mngr nice, store manager is not to be trusted! Attempted to rent bedroom set, was given wrong info about the headboard (sales mngr corrected issue) store mngr gave wrong info about when it was suppose to be delivered, never received it and was sent return info???

They steal your money especially the manager Matthew. It’s something they do with your payments when it’s on Autopay. I was overall satisfied with my appliances but I don’t like a thief.

I called all day trying to speak to the manager they just kept giving me the run arounds a d the staff is very rude so I am going to take my business elsewhere
