After taking my Toshiba DVR to their authorized dealer on Scottsville road and having them repair and charge me for something they could not fix, twice, and then not telling me about it, I found a store in Greece, Video Awareness, that not only knew exactly what was wrong, but fixed it right away and it worked like it was brand new. All your electronic issues should go to these VERY knowledgeable people to be solved. (Even fixed my tape recorder deck.)

Pésimo servicio no puedo creer que una compaí±ía multimillonaria no tenga servicio 24/7. Y uno como cliente y consumidor tenga que esperar a que ellos estén disponibles. Realmente soy cliente de Sony hace mucho y he gastado mucho dinero en ellos como para recibir tan pésimo servicio. Espero que arreglen este asunto.
