Terrible! Every time I come in, I am rushed and treated as if I am not welcome to come in when I am simply just a customer. I am followed and watched while I make purchases as if I were going to get help to pay for them.

Good place for a convenience store to buy something quick but if you want to save money, drive 5 minutes to Wegmans, Target or Walmart.

I like 7-11 choices of sandwiches fruit and salads as well as reward program and other promos like free drink on July 11th. Place is always clean and neat.

Other 7-elevens might be okay but the one off Five Mile Line road and ridge road is awful. Or at least this employee (Doug) is. I was in just picking up something small and not one but TWO people came into the store without a mask on during this pandemic.
The employee (DOUG) did not say anything except “some people just don’t care”... ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!
So I called the store when I got home and asked for the corporate number and instead of saying “oh sure I just have to find it so I’ll have to put you on hold” no he said and I quote “well I’m not the manager right now, I don’t know the corporate number, just look it up yourself”
So you say nothing to the fact that two people came into your store with no mask but you are so concerned about your customers enough that you can’t look for your managers number? More like you just don’t want to get in trouble. NEVER going to this gas station again, I’ll just take my business to the Speedway across the street.
