Does this place ever actually use the roller grill or make food ? Gone in daily for the past 2 weeks around lunch time. Have yet to see even one hotdogs being cooked or fresh food actually made.

The store is dirty...the shelves, coffee bar, floors are covered in dust, dirt and debris. The staff, while nice, are on their phones a lot while assisting customers at checkout.

So I made the mistake of entering this 7 Eleven! The middle aged lady behind the counter that day wasn’t about to be bothered by me or my friend that day! Lol so she there head buried in her phone ignoring us! My friend and I are by the chicken discussing what we about to order. There is no one else in the store so I don’t understand what is going on now because this ladies is making no effort to help us. So I try get her attention I look over and say excuse me what type of wings are theses are these parmigiana wings lol. She lost her mind she looks at my friend and said “I don’t know what he talking bout we ain’t got theses type of wings here”! At that point I look at my friend and said let’s get them somewhere else. Lady looked at us and said bye! Wow it’s almost like the lady hated me! Lol but I just moved up here from nyc. So I’m pretty sure I don’t know her. Anyways how can a business survive with employees like these?

The store is ALWAYS clean and running well with very friendly and helpful service. In particular the full time opening woman and closing full time man are exceptional. They are so friendly, always willing to help, never make me feel like I am bugging them. My kids stopped in for cocoas one day that the machine wasn't working well. Both employees were willing to help fix it. The woman fixed it very quickly and even went the extra mile to get the kids all of the marshmallows, powders and syrups to make them fancy. Very impressed with this store and the service provided by the employees. They are most definately assets to the store and are the reason that I continue to frequent it.

The store posts that they're open until midnight but the doors were locked before 11:30. Need to update their hours so that customers know what to expect.
