Customer service was good but only one register open manager took forever to come to register for code to be put it..cashier was nice but I wasn't offered much help in the store. Besides that it wasn't too bad

My Dr called in a prescription 5 days ago. I need it prior to a procedure. I went in to pick it up they said we don’t have it will will order it. I asked if the prescription was called in. I was told yes. I asked why did I have to come in to pick it up just for them to order it for me to go back there? She shrugged her shoulders. If there was any question , they could have just called me.By the way this wasn’t the first time this happened! This will be my very last time I have prescriptions sent to Walgreens!

My Dr called in a prescription for my pending procedure. I went to pick it up and was told they had to order it and it should be in tomorrow. I asked didn't my Dr call it in? They said yes but we will order it for you now. Why would they wait to order a prescription they didn't have after it was called in by my Dr! This is the 2nd time something like this has happened there! Why would I have to come in to pick it up only for them to order it when I get there only for me to go back. Now if they don't get it in by tomorrow I have to hope I can get it elsewhere as to not have to cancel my procedure. Seems like who ever is running the pharmacy in Riverhead could careless about their customers. Very sad!

Attempted to do some purchases but left empty and so frustrated that headed home right away.Do I need the saleperson to be so rude ruining my day and shutting my desire to go any stores.Never ever my leg steps inside of this building.

48 minutes on line for drive up ridiculous!!! That’s after 35 minutes on hold then they hang up. Go elsewhere

I have never written a review in my life this is my first. I don’t shop at Walgreens very much and I thought I’ll give it a try since my medical benefits suggest mail order and Walgreens. After many years with my mail order and no problems why even consider. Sadly I did. What a horrible horrible experience and I have not even visited. BE PREPARED! If ever you decide to call you will wait at least 30 min if someone picks up or drops the call. If you ever do get someone they will tell you we tried calling you about your prescription (which you called in about a week ago and are following up) several times, but couldn’t leave a message for some reason. Yeah yeah I heard the same thing a few weeks prior. Seems my business is not welcomed. HORRIBLE I always give the benefit of doubt and try their service again and sadly sadly it repeats itself.

I love this walgreens! I specifically go there and tell all my family and friends to go there to get help from tevin the manager because he truly cares about customers! Please give him a raise! Im so well connected i tell everyone i know about him he truly connects with me when i am there, its like i knew him all my life!

I gave 1 star for the automated greeter who gives address and phone number. I tried to call to find out why my picture order has the wrong family, but was hung up on while waiting for manager

Was asked to leave walgreens yesterday by two store employees after remarking that they didn't seem to know what they were doing when they were activating $450. In gift cards. My only comment was " your not instilling a lot of confidence in this purchase. This was after watching the cashier have difficulty ringing up a newspaper for the customer before me. After my remark the cashier lowered her mask and copped an attitude with me., to which my only remark to her was " you can even ring up a news paper"..walgreens should should keep in mind that CVS is right down the road.. You have lost one faithful customer

Customer service is horrible employees Ann hung up phone on me and gave incorrect info then transferred to supervisor Greg who also was no help said he can’t refund a item from another store, to go the store i went to … he did not even try to resolve as a supervisor i asked if there was anything he can do knowing he had the item in stock that i needed refunded it didn’t work i just needed to exchange he said i have to repurchase it ….i would not recommend this Walgreens i love Walgreens i shop there a lot i would not recommend this store at all
