German, like the country incase you didn’t know.. is not only the best salesman but he is amazing with customer service. Couldn’t be a happier “trophy” girlfriend.. my main man German made sure I not only left with the brand new PINK iPhone but he made sure I left with the PINK watch, he’s the best! I truly cannot speak more highly about working with Kevin at the Riverhead Verizon (next to Applebees). He was equally patient and knowledgeable about our very complicated phone situation. He did everything he could to resolve our issue and wouldn’t stop until we were completely satisfied. I’ve never had such a good experience with a cellphone company before thanks to Kevin! Chris was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Was nervous about upgrading bc many years ago someone helped me upgrade and dumped all of my photos so, I’m always apprehensive with changing phones. Chris, was great! If I need anything else, will go back to have him take care of all my phone needs! Thanks, Chris!
