I shopped here on 8/15/23. I purchased items for my sister's birthday. I mailed them to her via the post office. They delivered it during a monsoon and the package was so wet it disintegrated and the items inside were soaking wet.Of course I threw my sales receipt out which is necessary to file a claim with the USPS. I called Vera Bradley and spoke to Lori who tried to get me a copy of my receipt. When she couldn't find a way to do it, she called her manager and asked her to work on it. Lori called me back to let me know this.Lori was very helpful and tried to solve my problem. She went above and beyond her customer service and I would like her to be recognized for doing that.

The store has great deals, but some of the staff is very rude. While shopping, they snatched things from my 75 year-old mother. I dont know if they're racist or just rude.

Great store! Always great inventory and sales. I always find something I do not need and buy it anyway. There are coupons in the Tanger Outlet booklet if you spend a certain amount of money. I always like going to this store because it is clean and organized by object type!

I purchased decorative face masks a couple of days prior to Christmas. I was informed that my purchases could be returned as long as the package remained unopened. I realized after I got home that these masks fastened by tying behind your head which is not feasible for my 89 yr old Mother. The mask packages were not opened when I went to exchange them I was told Its a Final Sale. The sales associate, the cashier nor the receipt stated they were a final sale. Now I am out the cost of these masks. Not happy

We were very lucky and hit the Vera Bradley store when the were having a 70% off sale on the entire store. It's not hard to spend a couple hundred dollars at those prices. The store was fully stocked. There were enough employees that you could easily get help if you needed it. They were most likely last season's patterns but they had all styles. Definitely stop by if you're at TangerOutlets.

Great themes. I got small bags for toiletries, chargers, loose change and was able complete it the look with an organizer, note book and travel mug. Durable merchandise that are cute functional and washable

Went to the Vera Bradley store for the first time I was amazed by the selection and the prices the lady that helped me was very nice the only reason I would go back to Tangers in river head loved the Vera Bradley store
