I recently visited Kevin for the first time for an appointment in regards to my parents taxes. Kevin was extremely thorough and patient at the same time. He answered all of my questions with ease and handled himself like a true professional. He took his time explaining everything in a way you could easily understand. Best part is, my parents situation (which was a sensitive one) was explained and resolved within minutes and I didn’t pay a dime for the appointment . A true gentleman. Thank you Kevin.

I highly recommend Kevin. He is very knowledgeable. And saved me money I interviewed 4 other accountant and he the one that stood out the most the others all told me I had to pay x amount of money in taxes Kevin was the only one that actually saved me money I really appreciate everything he did for me and he got his self another client for life Thank You!

My husband and I have used this firm and specifically Kevin Robinkoff for tax returns and financial advice for YEARS. Zero complaints. He is reasonably priced, thorough, and very cool to work with. I've recommended him to both of my grown sons with no regrets. Looking forward to many many more years of tax returns together!!!!

I’ve had the most HORRIBLE customer service with this accounting firm. I provided my tax information 1+ month before the deadline and yet my taxes were NOT filed within the IRS tax deadline. It took Kevin 1 month to to respond to my email. I have NEVER been able to get him on the phone with me- he is either out of the office or unavailable. He has promised to file the return several times and yet still my return has not been filed, and I have no indication of when it will b

Never filed my taxes. I found out after NYS was trying to penalize me 10 months later. They lost my info. Had to file a complaint with NYS.

Last time I ever deal with them, called 7 times with no call backs, tried to pay over the phone and they didn't have anyone capable of taking a payment ... VERY POOR COSTUMER SERVICE

These guys are local and had decent reviews so my wife and I tried them out. Terrible terrible service. Dropped off taxes and they said they would call if they had any questions. 1 week goes by and I hear nothing, so I called them to see status... Oh yeah they are working on it. You should hear something from us later in the week. Called later in the week.... still nothing... Following monday I call again! Same thing, oh there's a bunch of files on the desk, yours should be done, someone will call you later. DAYS go by. I call again. And this is the responce.... oh we have been trying to call you to ask you some questions about your returns. UH no you havent! You need to come in and answer questions. I am out of town for next month on work, and my wife works, what is your question!? Oh we will have to get back to you. Called them everyday for 4 days and still no return calls, or answers phone. WHAT THE ACTUAL FK?!?! I cant wait until I actually see what they have done for the last 3 weeks!?!?! And its already the 15th...

I would check out other companies. Reading these reviews, I could swear we are talking about 2 different businesses. Granted, I had some issues. They were recommended to me and in Sept, 2018, I dropped off all the paperwork required to Nagendra. Needless to say, it is now mid-Jan, 2019 and, after countess telephone calls (I received 1 return call), I finally received a call from Nagendra saying, obviously I had lost faith in him. It was not HIS fault that I could not obtain the info he needed, so I should pick up my paperwork and end the relationship. I have since found another accounting firm, who assured me that mine was not a major problem and it happens all the time. Unless you have issues that do not require some real effort, stay away from these people. I would rank them about 1 step above H & R Block. The office staff, on the other hand, are very nice and try to be helpful.
