“I don't often do reviews but want to thank TIre Country for their service. About a month ago my car overheated apparently after some sort of fan that was previously left loose broke off straight through my radiator. It was after hours I had to get it towed and referred to just have towed to Tire Country and leave in P/L . Called first thing in morning, they stated will take 4 days just to look at they are so busy and will hover back to me. Long story short they got back to me that day it's transmission and possible other damage as fan flew around under hood and it was fixed and done by day 4. Of course I knew was costly and big job but they did not crucify me on the bill. Few days air conditioning wasn't working right with a loud noise. I brought right back left another week and was worried after last bill as I wasn't sure if another problem. After finished they honored their work from last time and it's working better than ever. Mike and Kevin were always kind every time I called. I could tell they were always crazy busy when calling but never made me feel I was annoying them. They were very thorough in explaining the problems and honest and to the point(which I like) I will from now on use them and am very grateful for all their help. I would highly recommend using them. My car is working better than it ever did.”
