Terrible customer service!!! I ordered a cake from the bakery and paid good money for it. It looked absolutely nothing like the cake I wanted. I called the store and whoever I spoke to was unhelpful and extremely rude!
The second photo is the cake I ordered and the first one is what I got. Not even an attempt.

My mom called to place an order for pickup the so called MANAGER was very rude saying what do want what do you and yelling calling her out her name I don’t believe this can be the manager also refused to give him name if you have a corporate office please please give me the number which I was denied

A typical grocery store with many products to choose from although you can catch some good items in sale but it is a bit pricey Like everything else out there. One thing I chose was Teresa brand Italian sausage and gotta say it's a NO from me and won't buy again. Bad, bad,bad

the cart was dirty there was dirty napkins in the cart I use it anyways I could not find a basket in the store it seems like the staff do not do their jobs and clean the carts

They don't give a dam about their customers. Trying to check out and the person in front is having a problem, I had already put my stuff up so I waited, After about 10 minutes I reloaded my carriage and went to another cashier. Next time if I ever go back I am walking out and just leaving my stuff. Now I know why Shoprite is always crowded and this dump is empty.
