I have never had a bad experience at the Staples in Riverhead. Everyone there is extremely helpful - and Chris, the manager, is very knowledgeable with regards to printers as well as office furniture.
All the sales help always check if I have coupons or rewards points - they have saved me a lot of money. I have never had a bad experience at the Riverhead store!

I have been a customer of Staples in Riverhead for 3 years and I have to say that the customer service there is outstanding. All the associates are extremely helpful, and I'm sure it's all due to the exceptional example the manager, Chris, sets for his staff. He has been a tremendous help in suggesting a new printer, explaining the difference between each make and model, and offers any additional assistance you might need with your purchase. He is not only very knowledgeable but also very honest, which makes him someone you definitely want to deal with. Thank you Chris and all of your wonderful staff!

Awesome location - staff was super friendly, and especially want to call out Makhi for being an especially friendly and nice person... He helped me check for stock on an item that wasn't on the shelf anymore, and then was super patient during checkout while I literally saw something on clearance, decided to grab it, scanned it, and literally changed my mind 30 seconds later.

Never go to Staples in Patchogue or any of them. Will charge your card $10 for one copy. Staples will lie to your face, like most companies on Long island, you will get a refund. Go to your local library. First 9 copies free. Staples is a out dated business. Do everything online.

I needed 3 straight forward 11x17 color copies, nothing special required. I arrived at 8:30 PM and was told they were closing and couldn't run the copies for me. They close at 9.

Do not ever ask them to cut your papers. Not only will they charge. They will charge you an arm and a leg. To trim the edges of 10 pieces of paper for $8 you’re better off tearing them from the sides. And I agree with the reviews here about needing better customer services. Sorry for the new guy.

Went to load up on ink, but after waiting 15 minutes with no assistance and only seeing the employee at checkout line and nobody else with a full store, and hearing the back room office was the place to be, I decided to leave.
