This one star is not intended for the deli itself, but for the poor quality staff.Couple of days back my friend a I stop by to get a cup of coffee, we were tired and long drive ahead of us, I need the extra boost to stay awake , the Spanish girl on shift was so disgusting rude and kinda kick us out just because she was about to close( we did not know that!!!) she did! She treat us like garbage i left my cup of coffee and walked out, just to not get in trouble because her rudeness made my blood boil. To the owner of this deli I want to say Please know what kind of people you employed. Thank you I will not be making Any more stops at this place sadly. Unless new and more welcoming staff works here.????

Finally went there today and ordered 2-#4’s… Absolutely delicious. It hit the spot and was a big enough sandwich that I shared with my wife. Next time I’ll have to get there early to order Spanish food because they sell out quickly. The liquor store is awesome as well. It has a small town feel to it but has a large selection of high quality booze. Employees and owner were both very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I was a driver for 6 nice people doing a wine tour. I dropped them off across the street at Palmer Vineyards and went to the Sound Avenue deli to grab a bite to eat and drink. I knew I'd be there for a bit so I made sure I parked out of the way next to the garbage bin. Not long after I was told to leave the parking lot by some strange looking tatted-up goofball. I asked if they were closing and he shouted back, "NO! Just leave, you can't sit here!" I went up the street and patronized another establishment explaining my issue and asked if I could I park a while. They looked at me, laughed and said "of course! People stop and stay a while all the time!" Beware of strange little delis run by something out of a bad movie! In response to business owners:1) In what world does one inquire about parking on a business's property FIRST when planning on making a purchase?2) It was an 11 passenger van - NOT a bus!3) At NO time was the parking lot more than 25% full, that is, no more than 3 customers had entered upon the premises at any one time. Therefore, I prevented absolutely NO ONE from patronizing either business as I made an overtly conscious effort to park between a smelly Port-O-John and a garbage bin in order NOT to be a nuisance or deterrent to business.4) I was there for total of 43 minutes - 17 minutes less than the hour you claim.5) Polite? Having served in the United States Marine Corps, I think I have a handle on deferential and diplomatic treatment of human beings. The little disrespectful tattoo-boy's tone was anything BUT respectful.5) Check your cameras... I was in the deli TWICE!Being casually wrong about a few things is acceptable... but pathologically lying about the entire circumstance is sickening.

I purchased 3 cold cuts, all went over and the two italian meats had the casings on them still. It also took quite a while, small selection as well.
