Our neighbors recommending this store for purchasing a great mattress and they were right! We love how well we were informed and treated by a rep named Jackie. I understand why the sleep number is such an important thing to a person's healthy sleep. Definitely recommend this store.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! We purchased a bed after hours in the store and reassurance that it was 100% refundable if you are not happy. Well, they lied. I am trying to return the bed and they said that the bases are not refundable and are over $4000! I put a call into the executive team and will certainly change the review if they can accommodate but we are extremely dissatisfied with the fact that we were lied to and then told well you signed an agreement stating that they were not refundable. I guess you can't trust anyone and honesty isn't important to this company. RUN WHILE YOU STILL CAN!

Went into the riverhead location with all intentions of walking out with a new mattress set up. About 1 min into talking to the sales person I wanted to leave. Not a good vibe at all. Without going into details I would say she hated her job. Going to try the other location next week.

the bed is great, the level of customer service is the worst I have ever seen. I am very disappointed and as soon as I can I will cancel the order I have waited a month for. very sad.

Beds are very nice sales people are nice too but the mattress is a very very expensive with no guarantee that you'll even sleep better I think I am going to pass for now
