Do not go off the prices on their website. Totally misleading. I sat down with a salesman and explained the car I wanted and that I'd be buying all cash, with no financing. He said the "all-cash" price would be $1995 higher than the website price, because the website price assumed a $1995 downpayment and financing. It was only after I drove the car and started the paperwork for a cash purchase that the salesman said the all cash price would actually be $3,000 higher than the price I would pay if I used their financing. Do yourself a favor and don't waste time going to this dealer if you plan not to take their financing because the price you pay will be way higher than the advertised price. I ended up buying from another dealer the very same day with no monkey business.

Went there on a Sunday they pulled my credit which left a hard inquiry on my credit..Then said finance person wasn't available, and they would call me next day..Well, no call ever came and no return calls to me or my husband.... Terrible customer service??????..I will never fo to u again or recommend ?. Dropped my credit 30 points

I waited 5 hours only to be told as soon as I sat down with the finance rep that I had to make a down payment almost twice what I was agreed on earlier. What kind of customer service is that? I came from over an hour away, in that time that I waited I could’ve given several other dealers my business. Not only that, Tyler was incredibly rude, didn’t even look at us as we were trying to talk to him. As we left I said thank you for your time and he did not even say goodbye. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, not recommending this place ever. The only positive part of the experience was the salesman Ed that helped me.
