Not pleasant on the phone. I was going to order a bouquet for delivery, and the person who answered gave me a lecture on how much I wanted to spend, instead of simply stating at the beginning of the call what the minimum for delivery was. She was very impatient. I ordered from an online company instead and spent way over this place's minimum. That's what happens when people don't have good customer service.

Thank you Riverhead Flower Shop for an amazing bouquet of flowers in a short amount of time this past Thanksgiving. I used Riverhead flower shop for my wedding at Oceanbleu. To say I was blown away by their talent is an understatement. I wanted minimal florals and Peggy made my vision come to life so flawlessly! I last minute decided to add greenery to our cocktail hour tent and she got to our venue at 3am to set it up. Talk about customer and quality service. I will forever be grateful for Peggy and her team and would choose them a million times over. They are a no-brainer!!!♥️♥️♥️
