I’ve been coming to this car wash many years ago I had no complaints. Lately I’ve been disappointed they’re rushing to get the cars cleaned and they’re not doing it correctly. I went today paid the silver package cleaning guy literally took like less than 15 mins to clean inside/outside said it was ready. My car was not cleaned well screen still had smudges and cup holders are still dirty . I barely leave any reviews but this is unacceptable.

Is really ridiculous how with the new management
The car wash looks like a zoo every body just don’t know what they are doing, takes for ever

A good car wash is VERY hard to come by. However, I’m impressed. I brought my vehicle here a few days ago and they did a wonderful job, took their time, didn’t rush and left my car spotless. My cup holders were filthy before going in and typically they miss these little spots, but now spotless. Between my seats were vacuumed very well. they were working so hard. I will be back next week and I’m bringing my other family members car too! Another customer there also mentioned how good they clean her vehicle. I’m happy!

Got the gold package for 50$ well worth it they did a great job cleaning inside and out with well over 10 cars the wait time still was shorter than I expected I was very pleased with this service I will be returning and getting their membership

Wash and dry no vacuum no interior windows what a waste of 25$. Bugs still on front of car. Never again

Paid for the full detail package which isn’t cheap and there is dirt in the cup holders hair on the seats dust on the dashboard didn’t even clean the floor boards properly.

I've been coming to this location for a car wash for close to 30 years. I have the membership app and I am generous with my tips.
This is by far the worst service as far as time waiting, in all the years I've come here. There is no supervision it seems. You get an F.

The best place in whole Suffolk and trust me i already checked so many places! Highly recommend! The most important is that people wash your car! They take care of every detail in my car. Very nice and kind people are working here. I love it! Thank you Guys for all hard work are you doing for me!

First time I have used this car wash. My suv was filthy and when I was told how much it would cost I thought it was expensive. As it turned out it was the best car wash I ever been to. Worth every penny, they did a thorough cleaning inside and out.
