When we decided to renovate our kitchen, we wanted to use a local business. We met with Cindy Porcu, the kitchen design expert at the Riverhead location and explained our ideas and budget. Cindy came to our home, measured our kitchen with precision, and discussed our ideas and hers in great detail. The first architectural renderings were perfect; as if she had read our minds. We took all of her recommendations and installed the kitchen cabinets by ourselves. Everything fit perfectly and it looks beautiful. Cindy Porcu was there for us at every step and always available to call or text. Cindy even came to our house to help me lay out the cabinet locations after the cabinets were delivered. We are very happy with the result and proud of the work we did. We also think we were pretty smart to use RBS and Cindy Porcu.

Highly disappointing experience. Some of the employees seem to be giving carte blanche loyalty to contractors who they know are ripping off their clients. I cannot in good faith recommend this company.

I purchased kitchen cabinets from Riverhead Building Supply at the recommendation of my contractor. Mike who came to measure my kitchen measured the space completely wrong by over 18 inches, ordered the wrong sink cabinet for the sink I had purchased, and sent one cabinet in a different color and style. He was arrogant and rushed us through the process of spending over $15,000 while having his next appointment standing over us waiting for their appointment. His error and lack of attention to detail cost us 6 weeks without a kitchen Neither him or Riverhead Building had the decency to reach out when his error became evident. While the kitchen cabinets are beautiful, Riverhead should be embarrassed at the skill and professionalism of their employees and their lack of policy to make things right.

My wife and I purchased our kitchen cabinets through this store. Dominic Rinaldi designed our kitchen and it was amazing to say the least. He was easy to contact and deal with and came up with a better design than some of Long Islands “top” kitchen remodel companies. Any concerns about imperfections were easily resolved. Ask for Dominic!

I asked them to move the supplies they delivered off the neighbor's water sprinkler. The guy came out today, never rang the bell, was dragging it around and throwing it off to the side, splitting some boxes open. Their driver was very unprofessional and rude.

Beware. After being charged a $60 fee to have someone come to my house to look at a door that was installed, it was a screw that was done incorrectly it took the guy five minutes to fix. Three days later I was charged an additional $75 on my credit card without my authorization without my knowledge and without a receipt. I was never told of any additional charge prior to the work. Watch your backs with this company they don’t know how to do business correctly.

Quality was great but the customer service experience was awful. Took twice as long as originally told and the delivery was awful!!! They wanted to leave it outside. Then the driver asked me for help moving the counter bc it was too heavy. I’m almost 80!!! Never dealing with them again!!!
