Service appointment was on time and service conducted was done in a timely manner. The only issue which seems to be a regular occurrence at Riverhead GMC is that they do not use paper mats to cover your carpeted mats that’s always have grease and dirt that I must remove after services provided

Paul, our Salesperson, was wonderful. On Saturday, he spent 5 hours with us test-driving 4 GMC trucks and then doing paperwork because we ended up buying the GMC DENALI 6.2 liter. The team had it ready for pickup on Monday. The whole team, Paul, Billy, and Ted, were wonderful.

Absolutely rude my husband and I got treated like low class he is on hunt for a new truck but wants to see his options and test drive the salesman joe lost a potential sale all because my husband said he wasn't purchasing TODAY the guy just said call me when you're ready like are you kidding me didnt let us look at a truck nothing we will never be back to this dealership it's like they don't want to sell you anything

I always have a great experience at the Riverhead GMC. All of the employees are friendly and they all have great work relationships with each other. Jeff Nammack is always most helpful and greets people with a friendly hello and keeps you updated as the car is being serviced.
This dealership kept me informed of what was going on with my car. They treated me very well. Billy, Malaika, and Peter Visconti were more than helpful to me.

I can’t express how happy I am with the service provided. I brought my car to Riverhead after sever appointments at another dealer failed to fix my vehicle. The staff at Riverhead was very accommodating and professional. The vehicle was fixed in a timely manner and I was kept updated on its progress. Even with it being further away then 3 other dealers I will be a returning customer and will highly recommend the establishment.

Extremely over priced. I received a quote for a Sierra SLT priced at 65k, with 4k down and $784 a month for a lease. Acura offered me an MDX worth 64k for around $1,300 down and $625 a month for a lease. What a shame

Worst place I’ve ever been to. My mom and I both bought cars here and then brought them only there for all maintenance. My cars check engine light went on after pumping gas no less than a dozen times. They charged everytime and never fixed anything. Cost so many thousands of dollars. They fix random things I knew weren’t the problem. Several times the light came back on while driving home from the $2000 repairs. Oh and the shaking. It would feel like the car was gonna shake itself apart. Also can’t make it up the slightest hill without problems. I’m now in Texas and it happened again going to San Antonio. Hoping the mechanics here are more honest. Definitely selling this car as soon as someone will buy it.
Ps. Reply. You don’t do anything except waste my time. And I’ve since learned this was a recalled problem and you crooks never said anything or fixed the problem. I’m contacting an attorney
