Frank and the rest of the team were very kind and friendly to me. They were very honest and helpful through the whole process of buying a new Nissan. The showroom has some really nice cars on display as well.

Giancarlo was excellent getting me in my first Nissan. We checked it out and signed paperwork yesterday. They still wanted to get it further prepped for me. So I went to work and he personally brought it to my job, I signed the delivery receipt on my 15 minute break and was able to drive home from work that night. Major props to the dealership and Giancarlo. Loved the showroom and waiting area too. They have a new loyal customer ?

Riverhead Hyundai financial department are thieves! They told me Hyundai Tuscan 2024 sel 33250 $ after when I go home I ll check all papers they sold me 34250 $ .Please before signing check all papers. They are not honest!

On 2/19/23 I lent my credit card to a very close family friend so he could use it on the Nissan side of the mall for a downpayment on a used car he wanted to buy. Since I could not be there in person, I gave him a signed and dated letter authorizing Riverhead Auto Mall to make a one-time charge of $3000 ONLY. Despite reading that letter, the finance person, Kyle Price charged an unauthorized amount of $4711.64. He coerced the family friend into signing the receipt under duress by telling him if he didn't sign it he would never be allowed to by the car. When I found out what happened, I immediately called the dealership and requested to speak with Kyle. He would not get on the phone. I called several times after that and he still would not get on the phone. I filed a complaint with the BBB. I would advise people to BEWARE of this car dealership. Reputable auto dealers don't do things like this. And, if there is a problem, they should not act like cowards and refuse to answer the phone.

I came here yesterday with my daughter. We met with Ed K, our salesman. Ed was friendly, pleasant, and knowledgeable. He spoke with us and gathered all our information as to what our needs were. He quickly presented us with many, many options. We went for a couple of test drives and decided on a Nissan rogue. We then met with Kenny, who also knew his stuff. He too, was friendly and knowledgeable. He guided us through financing. Next we met with Jim, their Allstate rep. Again, we were so satisfied with his service. I would recommend this business to all and would definitely go back when the need arises.

Bought & financed a 2020 Sonata on 2/17/20 and never received the title with the lien on it. Year later I found out they made an error on the title and the title was issued as a LEASE! I'm paying for a car I won't own! Went to the dealer in first days of July 2021 explained the situation and asked they fix it which they agreed to do. Claimed it would take 8 weeks. Mid October after still not receiving the title with the proper lien on I returned to dealer and was told "DMV is still processing it". Yeah right! Last week I go to the DMV website and check status of my VIN. It comes up as title issued on 7/19/21 with ZERO liens on it. So they at least attempted fixing it though unsuccessfully. So, I returned to dealer 11/3/21 show them the printout from DMV. AGAIN they tell me "DMV is still processing it"! With the info I provide them staring them in the face that the title was issued wrong again how can it be "in process" anymore? NOT getting another car from them and taking a family members. business with me when they return their leased Tuscon. UPDATE 12/28/21: Yesterday I finally received the title (Duplicate) with my name as owner and Hyundai as the Lien holder and not lessor. Don't know WHO fixed it? Did the dealer read this review and make good on it? Maybe Hyundai got around to it when I tried thru them (in April) BEFORE going to the dealer. But raised my rating from 1 to 3 stars as a result. This review does NOT take into account their maintenance dept. which I have rated (high) separate.
