Worst scamming staff and store ever. I was looking for jeans for my husband and they pushed a ton of other stuff on me repeatedly stating I could bring it back if he didn’t like it. When I went to check out I saw a sign saying no returns or exchanges. They said that didn’t apply for holiday shopping and I could bring anything back until mid January. The next day I went to return the things my husband didn’t like and they said no refunds only exchanges. They knew what they were doing and misled me and added tons of items to the sale knowing I’d be stuck and they’d have 1k of my money. Shame on you. You don’t make commission so I hope the karma for intentionally ripping people off is worth corporate patting you on the back for sales.

Dwayne, the store manager was so accommodating, helpful and kind! He helped us with jean styles, sizes and everything in between - and he did it with such a positive attitude!

Stopped in the other day to check it out, the staff was super helpful (they could tell i was lost) pointed me in the direction of some jeans that fit my style (fit 1). Im a levis loyalist but i think im converted at this point. Nicole was super helpful and even helped me pick out a couple henleys for a date night! Gave me and my dog water to boot . Will be back

Service in this store is unparalleled. I'm a pretty avid shopper and have never experienced a level of caring like I have at Rag & Bone Riverhead.

Had the pleasure of meeting the best sales person at Tanger Outlet in Riverhead, Gina from Rag & Bone. Extremely helpful, with her help I was able to purchase something I was looking for that I couldn't find. Great store, everything was organized. I purchased a couple of items thanks to Gina and another salesperson. A+

Rag and Bone at the Riverhead outlets never lets be down!! I buy a majority of my jeans from here because they fit perfectly. I can always find something. I live in Brooklyn and can't always make it out to Riverhead but still like to see what's available in store. Gina Fusco is great at keeping me up to date about what is available in stores and what deals are available. She recently informed me about the consignment boxes that are offered and she was able to figure out my style to the T and send me items that worked for me. I highly recommend shopping here.

Shopping at Rag and Bone was more like purchasing the iconic items with a staff comprised of customer service representatives( Latyton, Gina,& the fabulous Donna) who made my experience more like a coffee klatch as opposed to shopping.

I absolutely love this store! I am always treated so kindly, and the staff is so helpful! They even keep me up to date on new items that come in that they feel I will enjoy! Last time I was there Gina helped me to find the perfect bag to give as a gift to my friend. This is definitely a store that everyone should visit!

Avoid this store AND other Rag&Bone stores. The products that they sell are almost all irregular. The sizing is grossly off from what is labeled (size33 pants actual size 38) , the quality is horrible, stitching falls apart almost overnight on some items, errors in the cut of items that should be thrown out at the factory are sold at this store and others. Please NOTE: absolutely no returns or exchanges on any products. The reason is that, they know they are selling you junk and just don't want you to know until after your payment is made HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE QUALITY CONTROL OVER PRICED IRREGULARS NOT WORTH THE TIME OR MONEY. CHEAP FLIMSY MATERIALS AVOID AT ALL COST. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
