I’ve been using this physical therapy center after sustaining injuries from a MVA. The facility is clean, the staff is super friendly and my physical therapist, Sarah, was really knowledgeable and helpful. I definitely recommend !

Very patient, caring and friendly staff. My therapist, Brooks, really knew what he was doing and helped me gain a lot of improvement in joint mobility and pain relief much more quickly than at another PT office I had been to. Easy to get personalized attention because it’s never too crowded. This location feels spacious, clean and new.

This orginization offers the highest level of therapy that I can imagin! Everyone there is devoted to care and solving individual phisical problems including surgery and personal injury. The staff is very personable, easy to talk to, and always stays focused on the subject (us!).I was there for a sholder injury, and, after 4 months at 2 days a week (medicare), I have probably more range of motion and strength than before. I'm very happy.Don't think about it....just go!!

Recently my mother Betty Bynum began Occupational Therapy with Amenda in the Riverhead office. My mother was very pleased with how pleasant, dedicated, and hard working Amanda was during each session. She noticed that with each session she was gaining more flexibility and mobility in her right hand. My mother was also amazed at how the swelling in her hand went down along with less pain now. So again thank you Amanda and her staff.

All of the staff in this facility are professional therapists who are experts at what they do. I was having extreme foot pain and was recommended to this location by my podiatrist. I made an easy appointment and I was seen and assessed by Dan. He immediately demonstrated and guided me through some exercises to strengthen the muscles in my ankle and foot. I followed the exercises and went to therapy 2X a week for 3 weeks. Each time I arrived, I was greeted with a warm atmosphere and friendly physical trainers. Katie was awesome! She knew my plan exactly, and even guided me through some of the tougher exercises. After 3 weeks my foot pain is gone! I am so grateful to all the staff at Professional Care Physical Therapy. I highly recommend them!

I made remarkable progress recovering from a broken wrist. Amanda, Marissa and Calista were professional and always encouraging me to increase my dexterity and strength. They make a wonderful team and I highly recommend their services. I'm certain you will be as pleased as I was.

They have turned a bad experience of breaking my wrist a little more bearable. The whole staff is so caring and friendly it’s like a 2nd mini family. My hectic schedule causes me to cancel a lot and they are always courteous and understanding. My wrist is healing and they always push me to do more even when I’m lazy. I always get right in and they are so accommodating. I highly recommend for anyone needing any type of service they offer.

My husband, Robert Hefter, has been a patient at the Riverhead facility for occupational therapy for the past few months. His experience has been stellar! The staff and the professional therapy treatment have been excellent. I recommend this office without hesitation and commend them for their excellence.

Highly recommend! Cannot say enough great things about this team and the facility! The staff is not only professional /knowledgeable and organized but also friendly and approachable. The facility is very clean, spacious and has all the best therapy equipment. Do yourself a favor and look no further for quality OT/PT!

Brook Comeno is very Professional, friendly, caring and helpful. So is his Staff and the girls at the front desk. They make you feel comfortable right away. Everyone is just amazing! I had a problem with my shoulder and Brook worked with me and gave me excersizes to do at home. I wouldn't be moving my arm if it wasn't for Brook.I watched another therapist work with her patients and she was just as amazing!It feels more like family there then a facility for physical therapy. If I ever need PT again I am definitely coming back.Thank You Thank You Brook and Staff! I will highly recommend Professional Care Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation to everyone.

This is the PT office you have been dreaming of! Everyone in the building is attentive and caring. They work hard to make sure you receive the treatment needed. Even if you’re not local, I would consider traveling here!

On Friday 7/1, the staff was inattentive, I was put on a new machine and the staffer did not know how to correctly operate it, as it moved in such a way it could have caused me an injury. Usually they also do stretches with me and this wasn’t offered either. Very dissatisfied. The woman at the counter couldn’t stop yawning. Disappointed.
