Today my wife and I were in Pottery Barn Riverhead and had the pleasure of dealing with two of the nicest associates, Susan and Lucia. They were both very helpful and went above and beyond showing us different ideas throughout the store. Pottery Barn should be very greatful having ladies like this running they're outlets.

Uncommunicative and unclear, kept sharing incorrect pricing with us and wasted our time. Isn’t the first time this has happened either. And even though we spend thousands a year at their sister store, west elm, they went to share with coworkers that we wanted this cheaper price as if we were beneath them when they were the ones to tell us the price in the first place. Won’t be shopping here anymore.

Went in looking for a couple very specific items and Katie helped me dig through curtains and curtain rods to make sure I found exactly what I needed and that the boxes included all the correct pieces. Top tier customer service.

Five stars for Lucia! She is the best sales person you could ever have. She genuinely cares about the customers and does not rush you to make a decision. When we tried to pick up the couch, everyone else refused to help but Lucia went above and beyond and helped us load the couch. She also offered design tips and the little nook turned out great.

This is a review for the rest of the store staff other than Lucia who was extremely helpful.
I was coming in to pick up a couch. The staff was very unhelpful. First she did not know where my couch was. She then left me to deal with moving a couch without any assistance.
And to my surprise, even the staff from the back room refused to even lend me dolly.
Luckily Lucia helped and got me a dolly. And helped me with it.
The rest of the staff at the store get one star.

I found the staff at the Outlet store extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable , and willing to remedy an issue I had w/an item purchased. They responded immediately to my concern and followed up immediately to resolve the issue.

Bought a dining room table at the PB Riverhead outlet with the assistance of one of the best customer service people I've encountered to date. Her knowledge, expertise, demeanor, and personality, made this one of the best buying experiences possible. I will only deal with her from now on, her name is Lucia. Ask for her, you will not be disappointed!

I always shop here. Katie was the best today. Helped me so much and gave me great direction on a piece of furniture I have been interested in for a while. Nick is the best at the Instagram responses !!! Great staff. Couldn’t ask for better

Lucia located an item I was looking for against all odds and called me so I could scoop it up right away. She went above and beyond to help me out. I have been searching for a particular piece of furniture, and call on a regular basis to see if it arrived…..the staff is always kind, attentive and willing to check! Special kudos and praise to Lucia, who located my sought-after piece of furniture and helped in every way possible to facilitate my purchase! She was beyond helpful, extremely knowledgeable and a complete joy to work with as well…..Pottery Barn Outlet should applaud Lucia for her extraordinary customer service skills and her excellent representation of the company!
