Worst experience ever I went to the store a half hour before closing I get it everyone wants to get home but when there’s a group of employees just standing a circle talking not offering help or helping after I asked is a little absurd I couldn’t find what in mine size and everyone was just standing around acting like I wasn’t there. I will never be back to this location

The Worse Experience EVER!!!! I wanted to purchase 8-9 Items tonight the person who answered the phone left me on hold for about 45 minutes. Since it was taking long i decided to call in using my wife's phone to make sure they knew i was still on hold waiting. I was told that the manager had asked the person to do something different but that they will be right on the original line which i had call originally. Mind you, no one came to the line to tell me anything or informed me that no one was working on my order or that it was going to take longer or that if i rather get a call back instead. I waited another 32 minutes which at that point i hung up the phone and just called in to ask for a manager to expressed my frustration with the situation. It's just sad how once companies get to a certain level of wealth, they let just about anyone to represent their brand. No sense of urgency or customer respect. Moral of the story: I WILL NEVER GO TO THE POLO AT TANGER OUTLETS RIVERHEAD LOCATION. EVERYONE AT THIS LOCATION WHO WAS ON THE CLOSING SHIFT NOV 27TH 2023 NEEDS TO AT THE VERY LEAST BE RETRAINED. In customer service or sales you MUST treat others like you would want to get treated. You MUST represent the BRAND to a high standard. No matter whats going on on your personal life.

THis POLO location on Tanger Outlets Riverhead Location is the worse!I called in gave rep about 8-9 items to purchase she place me on hold never came back not even after i waited for over an hour. I hung up and called back to be told that her manager had told her to do something different. Mind you she never came to the line to update me , refresh with me or to tell me what was going on. during the whole hour and seventeen minutes no one even cared for who was waiting on their phone line. Whoever was on the closing shift on Nov 27th 2023 deserves to at the very least be retrain on how to treat people in general. Why have people like this to represent your Brand??I will never go or call this location at all.
