Sent my man to pick up point setta garland, it was loaded with sparkles and was all over my CAR. I WILL NOT USE IT. WHAT A MESS. Need to return it.

I took advantage of the sale for custom framing last month and went back the following week to see if I wanted to change the mat. Vicky could not have been any nicer, nor patient, as we considered various options. In the end, I decided to keep the mat I had. Vicky was just fine with that. She was professional about it. Some framers would have been --- shall I say -- rather unhappy. THANKS Vicky!!!!

Inventory very low. There prices are extremely high. I can go up the road to hobby lobby, have triple the selection at quarter of the price. The staff us friendly though.

A great place to look, seek and then find that item you know you need but you didn't know what it was called.Ask any floor staff when you give up and they will point you in the right direction. It's always a pleasure to visit Michaels.
